Not enough. E.g. tonight, I'll most likely go to sleep at 2, and then, wake up at 6. 4 hours = 1/2 of the hours I should be sleeping.

Probably 5-6 hours average but tonight it's going to be about 3 or 4

Ha. What is sleep anymore?

My first year of IBDP was hella fine, but now I have dark eye bags and I feel like I'm gonna pass out the entire day.

it depends at this time of year likely 3 or 4 hours (1-5am)

Mon-saturday = ~5hr
Sunday = ~12hr
