I been experiencing pain in my hand joints where my fingers join the hand. When I flex my hand I hear a cracking noise. Is this just hyper mobility? Or could it be arthritis, duyputrens contracture or stenosing tenovaginosis?

I doubt it is anything to worry about, but if it is really bothering you make a routine appointment to see your gp. They can check there is nothing sinister happening and advise you on possible treatments. You could also see an osteopath if this is a long term thing or the gp isn't too helpful. They are great with joints.
Unless the pain is intense or you have decreased mobility though, i'd think it's okay to leave. It may be that you strain it on a regular basis from using your phone or something and some simple lifestyle changes could solve it.
A pharmacist may also be able to give some good advice, especially if you're not sure it's worth seeing a doctor or spending money over.

Good luck and hope you aren't worrying yourself too much over it
