Is my working to detailed for a STEP exam?

    • Thread Starter

Yeah so i'm going to post my working for the first part of question 1 on the STEP III , 2003 Paper. I want to know whether I can skip some steps. Also could I get a link to a resource I can use to learn mathematical results outside the A Level specification? The hint at the bottom of the question is a result that I don't think is covered in the AQA A Level Maths specification.
