Hey, I was hoping to do a course in Electrical Engineering at uni in a few years after passing my NC and HNC in the subject at college. I just wanted to know if it was possible to go there after passing these courses if my grades at high school weren't so great? Relevant subjects I got were national 5 Maths(A), National 5 Engineering Science(B), National 5 Computing Science (B), Higher Computing Science (D), National 5 English (C) and the units for Higher English.

Your school grades won't count for much when you have your HND, so don't worry. Also start speaking with Strathclyde as they have an excellent Engineering department - I have an old friend who entered their program via college and is this year studying out in Singapore!
