More good news! I received a conditional offer from the University of Manchester yesterday. Asking for 32 IB points but 6, 6, 6 in high-level subjects including English. Came as a bit of a surprise because I expected to hear from them last. They must have liked my personal statement. It seems like I am going to have a real choice. 2 out 5, 3 more to go. Sheffield told me that they cannot issue offers till the tuition fees for 2017 are set. So offers received so far are: 1. The University of Liverpool - asking for 33 Ib points with a 5 in English and no subject lower than 5. Received offer October 13th
2. The University of Manchester - asking for 32 IB points, 6, 6, 6 in higher level subjects including English.
Submitted my application on 20/09 No GCSEs Predicted grade: 45 in IB Universities applied to: Cambridge, UCL, KCL, LSE and Nottingham Offers received: Nottingham (38) - received this on Tuesday 6pm BST Acknowledgements received: all
That is great. I did not take LNAT and I want to be close to my extended family who live in the Manchester area, hence the choice, Sheffield, Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds and MMU. I believe I will hear from Sheffield and Leeds by the end of next week.
More good news myself! The University of Sheffield has given me a conditional offer. Asking for 36 IB points with a 5 in English. So that is 3 out of 5. So this is how I understand with my offers:
1. The University of Liverpool Conditional offer asking fro 32 IB points, a 5 in Maths and no subject less than 4. Offer received on October 13, 2016
2. The University of Manchester Conditional offer asking for 32 IB points with 6, 6, 6 in higher level subjects and a 5 in English Offer received on October 26, 2016
3. TheUniversity of Sheffield Conditional offer asking 36 IB points with a 5 in English
4. University of Leeds Offer pending
5. Manchester Metropolitan University Offer pending but I think I will remove it from my UCAS choices if I do not hear from them soon - this was my backup

Just got an unconditional offer from Nottingham today, just hoping on the rest now! (I got offers from the other four last year but AQA messed up the marking of my English so I missed the deadline, so had to reapply. So hopefully I'll get a full house!)
Only applied to University of Manchester. I applied for psychology at other universities. My initial plan was to do psychology and then do a GDL because I want to advocate for people with mental health issues in the legal system.
Applied on 24th of October, got offer on October 31st.
Actually applied for Law with Criminology.
I'm doing an Access to HE as I'm 24, and they just want 45 credits at distinction. Scary - but possible.
GCSEs: 2 at C (English Language and Maths), 3 at D Key skills: level 2 Communication
no other qualifications until I get my Access diploma next year.
My other offers are for psychology (MMU, Salford). I didn't even see that they did law w/ criminology at Salford until three weeks after I sent my application off D:

Guys, I need some advice. I think I ****ed up the essay on my LNAT quite badly.
Do you think that completely ruins my chances with UCL/Durham/Oxford who use the exam? Thanks
Firstly - I'm sure it wasn't as bad as you think it was. Besides, they'll have your personal statement as evidence of your writing ability too.
Then, you've got the multiple choice section, which you might have done brilliantly in. The LNAT isn't black and white, they use it alongside everything else. Try not to worry too much!
