    Throughout the day I'm always so tired and can't be bothered to do anything! Then when it's time to sleep I can never sleep and it takes me about 1-2 hours every night to fall asleep, I do not understand how I cannot fall asleep even when I am absolutely shattered. I've had enough!

    It can be a bit of a vicious cycle - you don't do anything because you're tired, so when it comes to bedtime you've done nothing all day. It might sound counter-intuitive but have you tried a cup of tea/coffee then maybe a trip to the gym or going out for a brisk walk/jogging?

    If you still struggle to sleep, have you tried "sleep hygiene"? Basically stuff like wind down before bed - no screens for a hour before bed, maybe some hot milk/hot chocolate, a warm shower/bath, maybe knock one out (:sexface: ) - just basically stuff like that. If you google it you'll find various ideas.
