    Hey guys,
Posting on here for some advice, I put in some speculative ACA Graduate trainee applications to some small local firms (town in North West England) and I have received a date for an interview next month with one of them. I have a few questions

    1) My question is what kind of ball park is my salary likely going to be in if im offered a position? I understand its not going to be great and I am going to be taking quite a hit I feel as I am currently earning mid 20s in a non finance position.

    2) What are my future prospects like as a trainee from a small firm?

    Cheers

    1) Your salary will take a hit, quite a big one - even the big 4 only pay around the 20K mark to new graduates in regional offices.

    2) No idea to be honest
