Yes I got conditional of AAA and have put it for my firm. What about you?
I'm European, so my grades are somewhat different from yours, but I applied to Aberdeen, Stirling, Glasgow, Edinburgh and UHI a few weeks ago. Haven't heard anything yet though.

I did a joint honours degree in English and History at Hallam, and graduated two years ago. I found the history half really interesting, with a great range of modules to specialise in. Which areas are you interested in studying?

Hey!
I am currently studying a History degree with the Open University but I have applied to transfer and complete my second and third year at Uclan.
My offer is conditional.. I just need to pass my first year with the OU

I'm really looking forward to studying the cold war but tbh, I like looking at most parts of history so I'm just excited to get started. What areas did you study in your history side of the course? Also what did you think about the university itself?

Hi Would anyone who has an offer from Edinburgh for History V100, and is not Scottish or EU, mind sharing their offer conditions?

The Cold War was my favourite module throughout my degree - and I'm not just saying that! :colondollar: I'd studied it for A level and it was an area I really wanted to look into in more detail. I really enjoyed learning about Eastern Europe/Soviet history in general actually, it was very much looked at from a social and political perspective which was new to me, but very interesting all the same. Personally, I didn't want to study Germany and it's not an area I'm particularly interested so I avoided that, but most other areas were really cool. I loved the variety of modules available to study as well - in an American politics module I did we even studied Obama's presidency!

I loved my time studying at Hallam. There's loads to get involved in and I spent a lot of time with a dance society who quickly became my closest friends. The campus is really modern and has a nice feel to it, and I loved being able to pop across the road into the city centre for a bite to eat or to make use of my student discount in between lectures. You'll have a great time!
