Should I Stay?

    • Thread Starter

I've been with my boyfriend for three years now and I've been having serious doubts about whether I want to be with him. My mum adores him and always talks about us getting married and having children, and I know if I end it she'll be so disappointed in me. A part of me does think he's 'the one' and does want to get married and stuff but on the other hand he calls me mate and I don't feel very much like a girlfriend rather one of his normal mates. I feel really settled though and at 21 I'm not sure I want to be.

Any advice will be very much appreciated! x

If it doesn't feel right, then it doesn't feel right. Trust your gut. But in all honestly, if it's a problem that can possibly be resolved, why not tell him how you feel? If he doesn't listen to your feelings, he's not worth your time.
