So since I started looking into university I was looking at doing a degree in chemistry. Now, I have looked at my chosen campuses and finished my personal statement, I'm practically ready to send off my UCAS application.
The only problem is I'm beginning to wonder if I'm making the right choice.
None of the jobs that go with chemistry really interest me. My career aspiration at the moment is to be a BSL (british sign language) interpreter - which has nothing to do with chemistry.
I have found a undergraduate degree in this, however it is very late to change and if I get that degree I am very limited in my options, especially if I change my mind.
I don't want to study for a chemistry degree for it to have been a waste of time and money if I go on to be an interpreter, but I'm worried I will change my mind about this career and the degree is very limiting.
I just wish I could apply for both!
Any advice is appreciated! Thanks
