International qualifications can get complicated, I have no idea how good 90% is or what they expect, so if you're in doubt you can e-mail the admissions team and ask. In short: They will look at what info you give them, they will ask you to take the BMAT, and with those results they may or may not invite you for an interview.
The English Language question in particular is worth e-mailing them about because I don't know if it would count or not. Its quite possible they would expect you to have a third science - that is what they expect of English candidates (although Cambridge is the only university to do so).
Cambridge medicine is obviously very competitive, especially for those not from the UK. The only advice I have, other than contacting them as above, is to not expect to get in. Have other options.
