The right time to apply?

I am hoping to start university September 2017. I am making a start on my personal statement now but unsure when to apply for the actual Uni course? And also for student finance, loans etc.. is it a right time time to start applying and completing it all now so that everything will be sorted and ready for me to start? Thanks xx
Take your time in your application. Don't rush it. Depending on your course, check the deadline online on ucas or something. Usually the latest would be 15th January. Send your application off before Christmas holidays that's when i went it off
