I have a good job and go I to uni. I like to have nice things, like a nice TV, games consoles, decent clothes, I shop at Waitrose and other nice shops, etc. I'm a really tidy person; sometimes I find myself cleaning up after my housemates as well. I have a lot of things they don't, and can afford a lot more things (and better things) than they can, but I never say anything about it; I just get on with things as normal.

Recently, I've heard them talking about me behind my back, saying things like, "Who does he think he is?", "Have you seen what he buys and where he shops?", "He's a snob and thinks he's better than us." and more. They're nice to my face, but it's very disheartening to know that they talk about me like this. I don't 'socialise' with them, but I always say hello and make small talk. What, if anything, can I do?

That sounds tough, it's always horrible to know people are talking about you. Could you possibly sit down and ask them what the problem is? Or offer to buy them a round at the pub? Usually people are a bit friendlier about money when it's being spent on them As someone who has had money problems I can kind of see where they're coming from with their jealousy- but they shouldn't be actively talking about you!

I could yeah, I'm thinking about it to be honest. I really like the physical house though.

I could sit them down; that's a good idea, although it would feel really weird doing it. I thought about changing what I buy but I really don't want to do that! How do you think they'd react to a talk, or a drink, when they don't like me already? xD

You may like the house, but it isn't the physical structure that makes it a home, is it? Living with people like that is bad for your own wellbeing and if you can afford to move out, then I would. Living with envious people is toxic, and there is no reason to change what you buy to suit anyone else. Be your own person, lovely. X
