is sleeping in undwear healthy

    I always sleep usually in a pj shirt and knickers but I have heard in lots of articles about it not be healthy etc is it okay?

    unless you're homeless i dont think sleeping in your underwear is unhealthy. I'm a tad lazy and i do it all the time, even during winter (which then triggers arguments between me and my parents as to why i dont wear normal pj's besides pj's for 17 year olds not really existing)
    Yeh it's not unhealthy.... unless you're sleeping with a tramp or some other wierd circumstance XD

    According to some studies it's better to sleep with loose or no pants as it reduces risks of infection, thrush ect, but you're not going to come to any real harm from sleeping with pants on as long as they are clean. It's common practice and if it were harmful you would know.
