    A lot depends on which sector of finance you want to go into, but in general, maths is used a lot in finance. Employers will expect you to have good maths skills, and most will even test these within their assessments. To go to university to study a finance-related degree, many would expect A Level Maths.

    Around A Level standard would be fine for most jobs. In fact, you probably only need GCSE maths for most non-quantitative roles
