I was just wondering if there is anyone else on here who's diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome who's in Year 12 in sixth form, like me? I'd love to have a discussion about how well it is going and how you are finding it, and also tips and tricks on what to do and what not to do.
I ask because right now, I feel as if every day is the same, speaking to the same two people, nothing but just blandness in lessons and frees. I'd love to speak to new people, but I just do not know where to begin or how to keep the conversation running smoothly. And even if I knew how to, executing it would be a problem as I tend to stutter a lot, and I just don't want to make a fool out of myself. I hate having Asperger's, but it's just something I have to suck up and deal with.
Hopefully you are in a better situation than I am. I'm just having to contend with the blandness and repetitiveness that is sixth form.
Any other Aspies in Year 12 on TSR?
