Is London met a good uni?

Hey Samantha,

I'm Joey and I was a student London Met until I graduated in the summer. I had heard all of the stories about the university before coming here, but honestly, it was the best decision I ever made.

London Met is a great university that allows you to study in the heart of the city whilst gaining brilliant experiences and opportunities.

During my time at the university, I learned vital skills that I use every day. The lecturers I had made sure to give as much time as possible to their students, both in lessons and one to one sessions. They continue to support you even after you leave.

London Met will provide you with great lecturers, classes and help throughout your studies

Please let me know if you would like to know anything else.

Best,
Joey

Hi there,

I applied to London Met. Uni 2 weeks ago. I am graduating this December with a B.A. in Economics at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign with a GPA of 3.0. I am an International Student from the U.S. and I have had decent job experiences with good letters of recommendation. What are the odds that I'll get accepted into the 2017 school year for a MA in International Relations? Is it true that the GPA requirement for international students from the U.S. for a postgraduate program is a 2.7 minimum? If so, will I be able to get in? Thanks.

Hi AsianRiceChick,

Wow! You sound like you have done some amazing things and it would be great to have you at London Met.

I would advise speaking to our admissions team, as they will be able to help you with your inquiry. The information for them can be found here: http://www.londonmet.ac.uk/contact-us/admissions/

Hello, Anyone here applying for an extended degree to start this January?
I'm applying for the Bachelor of Science in Computing, Technology and Mathematics Extended Degree with a plan on going onto the mathematics BSc in year 1. Anyone else doing this course or a different one?
Also, will anyone else be under 18 at the start of the course? It would be nice to know I'm not the only one (If I get in)
