I am in year 11 and was wondering good ways to find identify all my weak topics, I have done this for additional science but I am afraid that i will forget by the time i do my exams.
So does anyone have any advice on how to identify my weak topics as well as recalling or not forgetting any information by the time exam season comes?

The best way to not forget stuff is to revisit it. It doesn't have to be a long revision session, just for 5-10 minutes, look over your notes a bit.

To identify gaps just print on the spec for your GCSE's and then highlight/tick of the ones your confident with
