try building it up again. 5 mins then a break for a few days, 10 mins then a break after that, then 20, then 30 and so on
also drink at least 4 pints of water a day and eat plenty of fruit and veg

eat fish and bananas!! seriously... keeping blood sugar up(bananas) naturally will help loads! Omega 3 will also help stabilise blood sugar hormones and finally eat breakfast! honestly works a treat! good luck me deary! xxx

If you're trying to concentrate on a single thing, say a webpage, play some pink noise in earphones. It'll keep you perked up and you'll remember it.

maybe take up a martial art or yoga etc

caffeine works for me, but I don't think I should advise it against bananas and water, not quite as good for you :smile:
I read something on a website today which I think may be the reason I cant concentrate well there was an article about something called junk sleep which is a term used to describe sleep that you experience when when distractions such as the tv or computer left on.
