I'm 6 3" and have the same problem. Doing weights etc at the gym + eating a high protein diet. Although I'm a human dustbin (I will eat just about anything), I just don't seem to fill out; although it's better now than a few years ago.

Just wear a big thick coat or something simmilar - it should make you seem wider and therfore more "in proportion". I'm 6ft3 and found this out by accident when I got a new snowboarding coat. Personaly I'm not too bothered by it anyway.

Really? I went through a phase where I ate McDonald's non-stop (literally, for breakfast/lunch/supper). This lasted for weeks, and nothing happened. No filling out, no paunch (thank God!)

.........I shall try the opposition!

there is some film/documentary currently being made where some guy only eats McDonalds for a month. He gained a lot of weight, but also had a variety of health problems by the end
