Functional groups in Polyvinyl Chloride(PVC) Watch

I was working on my project and I came across this question which was what functional groups are present in poly vinyl chloride (one I think is a chloride group but not sure ) but it would be great if somone provided me the functional groups

CH2 is a methylene group. I know CH3 is alkyl and considered a functional group but I'm not too sure about CH2.

C-Cl is alkyl halide or haloalkane functional group.
Single C-C bond means it's an alkane.

Those are the functional groups in PVC.
