I'm in year 11 too, sociology in my opinion is one of the easiest GCSEs because all you need to do is memorise key concepts and case studies for an A*. That's what I do and I was so close to full marks in my year 10 mocks.

Hello, I didn't study Sociology at GCSE however I did do it at A-level and am currently studying it at degree level.
I would advise just going over the key theories and theorists such as Functionalism and Marxism, for example make bubble maps summarising their ideas.
Try doing some past papers in timed conditions and maybe use a website such as Quizlet to help learn key terms and concepts.
Quizlet is good at making learning definitions fun when revision gets boring!
Hope that this helped, feel free to message if you want any specific tips on things or whatever!
Good luck
