Can anyone give me some advice?

I finished my diploma (VTCT) in July and need to send a copy of my certificate to the uni I've got a conditional offer for.

But I haven't received my certificate yet and have phoned everyone I could think of to ask about when I should receive it - My tutor hasn't returned my call and VTCT said they don't have any outstanding claims on certificates - which means my college must have them. But, I can't get hold of anyone at college, they're all answer messages. I've just phoned admissions at the uni I'm going to, but again, more answer messages and no one to speak to.

I'm really worried that they'll cancel my application if I don't confirm my results of the diploma that my conditional is based upon.
Feel like I'm banging my head against a brick wall. Help.

I've just phoned VTCT and they've said they can't tell me anything until they know my college have sent off the relevant paper work regarding certification... so it's all down to my ridiculously innept college.
I'm gonna have to physically go down there aren't I :| ****'s sake.
