It might be fiction; it might be an autobiography. Which book has influenced you the most, and why?

Adam Ant's autobiography, Stand and Deliver. He's struggled with bipolar disorder pretty much all his life, the depression leading him to suicide attempts and the euphoria enabling him to channel creativity into Adam and the Ants, his imagination meaning the group become one of the most iconic and recognisable of the 80s. He's still on medication now and had a rough patch a few years ago, but he's better for the most part. Adam made me realise that there is a way to cope and deal with mental illness and that you can recover and live a happy, healthy life.
