Why the **** would anyone think Hitler was a lefty?? 🙎🏻*♂️😬
It's a lie taught from the top down to the people. Serious critiques of left politics are lacking these days.

Not sure it's quite that bad, I reckon it's more of a misconception because the party he helped form was called the National Socialist German Workers Party, but they were indeed about as far away from the left that it's possible to be.

I knew the nazi party took power as part of a Coalition, the coalition magically disappeared. I did not know what that party was or what they stood for.

I can't see any socialist party being able to form a government with the nazis, literally fire and ice comparisons.

The Nazi Party was just another name for the NSGWP, akin to calling the Conservative Party the Tory Party.
And no I'm not directly comparing the Tories to the Nazis, the Tories are bad but it's a stretch to even put them in the same bracket as Hitler's lot.

I would argue that, if it is reasonable to expect a nation to change its views on a party, if they are failing the people, it is reasonable for a nation to alter its views surrounding Brexit, particularly given the margin of victory, the clear lack of a plan from the leave campaigners, the law-breaking (mainly from leave), and the lies and fear mongering from both sides.

Absolutely agree, thanks for confirming
