How tall will I be when I grow up ? watch

    I'm 16 and 6'4"

    I have grown 6 inches in last year

    How tall will I be when I am an adult ?????

    I had a growth spurt between ages 14-15

    You probably won't grow much more. There's no way to predict exactly how tall you'll be. Think about the height of your parents; you'll probably hit around that

    Not sure how well this works but:
    Add your mother's height and father's height together.
    Divide your results by 2
    Now add 5 inches to your height because you're a male (it's minus 5 inches if you're a female)

    Obviously this is just a basic formula. It's not set in stone or proven to be completely accurate. Height is polygenic, there is no one way of predicting exactly how tall someone is going to be. But looking at your height and age, I highly highly doubt you'll grow any taller than 6"4.
