Hi so basically im considering a level physics chemistry and maths. Since the a levels are linear i cant drop a subject after AS so im only doing three. If i had a fourth choice i would probably go with biology.
Im not really sure about my career and degree choice yet so i just wanted to ask if this a good combination of a levels. What sort of degrees can i get into with these subjects and would you recommend any other subjects instead??
    Thanks in advance x

The only problem you have is as you said. You cannot drop one say if after a year you don't want to continue. Which is why I'd advise choosing a fourth subject. All in all they are strong subject choices and you can go down many routes.. It's only really medicine and dentistry courses which are probably out of reach for you.

Yes - that's the best combination of A Levels I've ever seen!

(those are three top tier subjects, so obviously it's a good combo. Obviously, they could get you into any science-y course, including medicine, engineering, natsci etc. There's no objectively good set of A Levels, the only good combos are when u take subjects that appeal to you. So obviously no ones going to be able to help with your final question without knowledge of the subjects u enjoy)

Thank you for the advice guys it was very helpful
I think i'll stick with these subjects unless my results turn out to be bad for them (fingers crossed)
I would've actually taken bio as a fourth a level but im not sure i can manage all 4 for the two years. Also my current school only lets you take 3 subjects and i don't really want to change schools for sixth form.
