So my textbook doesn't have anything on the explanations for the success of dieting and i've had a quick look online and it seems to just come up with the failure of dieting or Redden's Jelly Bean study which is the only explanation I have for success! So basically if anyone could give me some explanations for the success of dieting that would be great?? Thanks in advance
