    does anyone else use this?
    iv just purchased a few books and singularly they are cheaper then what amazon sells them for!

    Definitely cheaper than Amazon. I also use Fatbrain. Got a text book for my course from Amazon sold by Fatbrain for 1p. X

    It was secondhand and was the same edition as the new one. Had stuff highlighted in it, and a bit tatty, but apart from that, it was fine.
    Couldnt afford £40 out of my pension.

    i can understand that but still amazing for 1p!!
    i was looking on there and for 3 of my textbooks, practically brand new with no marks and pristine condition is £49 for all 3 so im gonna sell it to them and make money of it iv got the ebook version on my bookshelf app anyway so may as well

    i have used them occasionally, but do most of my book shopping on that place named after a river in S. America...

    i was too aswell but iv found books to be cheaper on abe books, some arent always but most are so i think il compare the prices on whatever books i want and go for the cheapest

    sometimes you can get a bargain on ebay as well

    My youngest son (32) built a comparison site called Bookbutler so I sometimes go there and have a look, but some students at uni sell their books so I've had some from them at a good price.
