I want to study English Literature at University but will the other two subjects seem as a problem for the Universities i apply at?

Law should be no problem, sociology will only be a problem if you are applying to the top Uni's like cambridge

I don't think that'd be a problem. They're both humanities in the broader sense, and they both require essay writing.

The obvious question is, what universities are you thinking of?

Those are reasonable universities, but not posh enough to blacklist subjects lke Cambridge or LSE do: subjects like Sociology or Law, with good grades, will probably be OK. You might want to contact the admissions tutors first to be sure, though.
