I dont even know how to start this lol.
Im doing Maths Biology and Chemistry and I want to apply for ChemEng via NatSci. Lately I've been getting panic attacks and stress because I so so desperately want to get in but I'm not doing Physics. Can anyone give me any help and advice? Should I switch to Physics?

I just dont feel like even studying Biology anymore if its not gonna take me anywhere. I just need reassurance

It depends on the entry requirements for natural sciences. My friend got in to study it this year at Cambridge and she didn't have physics.. But she doesn't plan to do engineering..

For Biological or Physical science? And also what A levels did she do and what grades did she get?

I think it might be biological science but I'll ask.
She took French, biology, maths and chemistry and got 4 A*s. She also had an A in English lit AS.
