Acadenic Libraries in London - advice needed watch

    • Thread Starter

I'm a part time postgraduate student from the University of Wales: Trinity Saint David. I spend quite a bit of time in London with work and am looking for a good library to study in when here. I've tried Birkbeck college but found it really cramped and very crowded, and not very conducive to study (for me - shifting gears from work to study).

This would be the criteria if anyone has any ideas:
    • Evening opening hours
    • Close to, or easy travel by tube/bus to, Euston Station
    • Lots of quiet study space
    • Good reference section
    • Photocopying facilities
    • SCONUL member - I'm a 'band b'
Any thoughts or suggestions gratefully received.
