So it's the beginning of the year and I usually do best in my subjects from teaching myself through the revision books so I wanted to get them early on, but for computer science I'm struggling to find a book and my teachers aren't much help in recommendations.

I've been told that this book has quite a few mistakes in it by my teachers and the reviews, but it looks thin and easy to read with a nice layout

As for this book, my teacher has had a flick through and said it looks pretty good, but the book is very thick which leads me to believe it has a lot of unnecessary information. Also, it's pretty new so there aren't any reviews around saying whether this has the correct information.

Right now I've been thinking of just getting both books (both include AS and A2) and using them interchangeably, but first I want to know if anyone on TSR has had experiences with either of these books or if they have any other recommendations of other books, Thanks guys.
