I'm hosting a party for a society (at uni) and I didn't think about inviting my girlfriend because she isn't part of the society. She doesn't even go to my uni.

She asked me about the party today and I casually told her that she should come along anyway. She got very upset that I didn't invite her earlier and hung up on me. I called and apologised and she hung up again.

We've only been dating 2 weeks and I feel like she's being very immature. I have no idea how to apologise to her?

You're right, she is being very immature. Don't apologise to her, she's in the wrong here.

Firstly the party doesn't really concern her.
Secondly she's already throwing a hissy fit for something trivial two weeks into a relationship.
Thirdly you still invited her, albeit a bit latter.

Let her be miserable for a few days or whatever. If she wants to talk about it, do so but make sure you don't back down.
