I was on YouTube and I was watching this video; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YTzKY_DOBpo
and I must say it made me miss him very much and he was the first person to pop up into my head, honestly it was the best relationship I've ever been in. SO I DECIDED TO POP UP TO HIM OUT OF NOWHERE AND SAY HI! I did not think this through and it was completely spontaneous. I don't even know where in life he is atm, we haven't spoken to each other in three years, he's probably in a relationship with a lucky girl. I'm embarrassing myself but it's too late because I cant take that message back. what should I do? any excuses? HELLPPPPPPP

Forget about it and just pretend it was a drunken text.

Not really - it would be savage if he were expecting it. From what you say, he clearly didn't and so that excuse is more believable.
