So I'm a dual citizen of the UK and the Republic of Ireland, and I'm applying for The University of Edinburgh where if I apply as a EU Citizen my fees will be cheaper. I did that already via UCAS and put down I'm a dual citizen. Will this mean that I'll get the cheaper fees or will it mean I will still have to pay the UK fees? Also how do I apply for student finance in Scotland as a dual citizen?

Normally it depends on where you're normally resident, so if you're normally resident in England, you'll be required to pay £9k per annum for fees, whereas if you're normally resident in Scotland or another EU country, you won't pay fees. It has absolutely 0 to do with your citizenship
