Help with pseudocode or flowchart (ALGORITHM)

Hey guy's so Ive been given a problem solving scenario and basically i need to come up with a solution for the problem by creating an algorithm.

I need someone who is good at doing algorithm's to create me a solution, it would be so helpful, i suck at algorithms, i cant get my head around them. I will pm you guys the problem, i think it would be easy for most of you guys. Please comment below, if you are willing to help :ashamed2: + i dont think the problem is hard at all, but as i said i suck at algorithms
