UCL have 6 applicants for every place for Philosophy - so yes highly competitive about as hard as getting in to Oxford or Cambridge for Philosophy!!!

What are my chances of getting in for this course with A*AAAAABBBB at GCSE ABBB at AS with AAAB predicted grades?

    Pretty decent I'd say.

They only asked AAA for me and my GCSE's were terrible. (I got in)

So I applied there and I'm a little concerned.
I have my a levels and I got A*A*AA, but my GCSE's were terrible (A*AABBBCCCC). I did submit an extenuating circumstances form though, since I was ill through my GCSE exams with gastroenteritis and my parents started going through a divorce. Any idea about my chances of admission? Thanks.
