    So I'm pretty tall about 174cm tall and I'm quite skinny, i look really unhealthy. I would like to gain some weight but i am finding it very hard, what can i do?

    Doughnuts. Every single day. You'll see results, I promise. I did.

    No, I'm kidding. Partially. You should eat a lot of nutritious but calorie rich food, like nuts (or peanut butter etc.), smoothies, dried fruit etc.

    Fats are also really good because they have twice the calories that carbs do, so you can incorporate more for example by using olive oil on salad or whatever you're eating.

    Just make sure that you're staying healthy though.
