Okay soo, i guess i know the points but what will my analysis for this point be?

One limitation to the supreme courts powers is checks and balances, specifically checks by congress. It is congress that can decide how many justices sit on the court, whether if this is decreasing or increasing the numbers. For example, The Judicial Procedures Reform Bill of 1937 proposed by President Franklin D. Roosevelt to add more justices to the U.S. Supreme Court. Roosevelt's purpose was to obtain favorable rulings regarding New Deal legislation that the court had ruled unconstitutional but Congress refused this plan to increase the numbers of Supreme Court judges from 9 to 15.

Up till there is point and evidence but what will my analysis be for that?

much appreciated. thanks <3

I don't think that is a correct piece of evidence since that evidence shows the limitations of the executive branch's powers and how Congress stopped the President and not the Supreme Court itself.
