Which of the following gets the most stigma would you say and why? Being a woman in your 30's still living at home with parents or being a man living at home in your 30's? Or does gender make no difference.

I would say they are are equal.
In the past it would have been for different reasons. For men it was why aren't you been a man and supporting yourself and for women it would be why aren't you married yet. I don't think that really applies anymore though.
For both genders, by the time you're in your 30s you should be living as an independent adult. It doesn't really matter how anymore because there is little sigma around a woman living alone or with a man when unmarried.

I would've thought it to be equally weird in either case, so the stigma is probably equal too.
