    I would really appreciate some advice and opinions on the following universities as i have really struggled to attend open days (too far and too expensive). I am being predicted A*AA along with an A* in my EPQ and have fairly average (or below average for TSR lmao) GCSEs so I am looking at good but not hugely competitive universities.

    The following are some courses that I am considering;

    University of Edinburgh- History and Politics (AAA)
    University of Glasgow- History/Politics (AAB)
    University of Aberdeen- History and Politics (BBB)
    Royal Holloway- History, Politics and International relations (AAB)
    University of Stirling- History and Politics (BBB)
    University of Birmingham- History and Politics (AAB or ABB + A in EPQ)
    University of Dundee- History and Politics (BBB)
    Durham University- Combined Honours in Social Sciences (History and Politics) (A*AA)

    I am certain that i want to apply for both Edinburgh and Aberdeen and almost certain for Glasgow (just a few worries about the city).

    Any advice on any of the Universities (or others) would be greatly appreciated

    Those all sound good. Especially the ones in Scotland! The only other one I would suggest which is quite similar to the ones on your list is York.
