I am applying to do a foundation year in astrophysics/physics with astrophysics and so far i have decided to apply at Keele University, University of Leeds, University of Central Lancashire and Kent University. I am unsure which uni to choose as another option so if anybody has any ideas that would be great.
Also, if anybody has done a foundation year in physics/astrophysics, what was it like? And do you feel it fully prepared you for year 1 of your degree?
And finally, if anybody has done a physics/astrophysics course at any of these unis could you tell me what the department etc. are like?
Sorry for all the questions!
Thank-you.

Aberystwyth University does an Astrophysics with Foundation course. York, Manchester and QMUL all offer Foundation years, after you've completed it you can transfer into their Physics/Astrophysics degrees.
