    Remember that everyone around you has just left education and therefore is much more 'in the swing' than you at academia... but that will come if you give it a little time. Also the chances are everyone else is feeling exactly the same as you! Imposter syndrome is very common when people are starting uni, it's different, new and harder and everyone feels out of their depth for the first few assignments.

    Try and think of it this way: you're doing a foundation year, so the point of this is not for you to be the best right now but to get used to things like formatting and style so you don't lose marks when you start the proper course...

    Formatting errors are very easy to fix so if you're going to get corrections for anything it's best to be those! Far better than just being a poor writer or not grasping the concepts.
