    Hi guys,
    Not sure if this goes on this page so sorry if it doesnt but i need help. So here goes...
    Most days (time depends) i have a mental hype. This is like when your totally drunk and dont have control of what you do. (I can assure you im never drunk so thats not the reason.) I do things that i dont remember doing. The only person that knows about it is one of my close friends and i dont like telling people as they will just say i put it on for attention which i dont. One minute i can go from dancing at socials every tuesday and thursday to sad depressed within minutes. I have been breathalised a number of times and they dont understand how i blow 0 and be the way i am. It gives me really bad headaches. It normally happens around 10pm but has been known to be at random times during the day (today it was about 4pm)
    Anyone else experience this?
    Anyone got any suggestions on what i could do?
    Its getting me into trouble at college and i dont know what to do.

    I would suggest you see a doctor. I am aware of some condtions both mental and physical that can cause odd behavious like you are discribing. They can a) help you manage it and hopefully get rid of whatever is causing it and b) give you a note to take to college that explains that you have a medical condition and are not just being a pain.
    I actually felt a bit like that when I was suffering with depression and some other stuff, so I can understand how your mood can switch completely and even how you can feel (or actually be) not in control of your actions. You have a legitimate issues so please get help and try not to let people get to you and make you feel like you're just crazy or misbehaving for fun. Good luck. I hope you get to the bottom of it soon and it starts to improve
