    Are

Liverpool, Sussex, Bristol, Glasgow and Kent good choices for a degree in law?

My predicted grades are AAB at best so it's unrealistic for me to apply for all AAA grade universities. What unis are good for studying law with average to good grades in big cities?

Out of the ones you've listed, Bristol is by far the "best" for Law. Whether they would accept you, however, depends on many things but with AAB would rely on your sixth form having contextual offer status.
