It might be advantageous to post the question for people who are not intimate with A453 assessments.

I have no idea what A453 troubleshooting problems are. But I might be able to help. What is the question you are stuck on for those who don't have the paper in front of them?

Ok. So have you identified say 5 - 10 problems that might occur on a phone and with that, do you have the key words that will trigger each solution?

Next you need to think about how your algorithm is going to work. I would imagine you are going to prompt the user to type in their problem? What happens if they type in something unrecognised? What happens if they type key words in? Then how are you going to retrieve the data from the database based on the key words.

One you have your design (I imagine a flow diagram would do it) your pseudo code should just drop out. After all, a decision box is an 'if' / 'else' statement and loops are represented by 'while' or 'for'.

    Good luck!
