I'm applying for Cardiff Uni and I recieved an email from cardiff telling me to log on to 'Sims' and I've loged on and it has this massive page of stuff like what course i want to take and the status of my personal statement and then it has this huge chunk on the side about my 'quallifications relevant to application' and it has things like 'personal statement', 'references' and stuff like that and its telling me to upload documents and I am very confused. Do I upload documents to that, but i thought all of that was handled in UCAS?

There's a phone number here (at the bottom) to help with online enrolment. I know you're not enrolling but they should be able to direct you to the right department or help you themselves. There is a SIMs helpline but I can't find the number (CU seems to have decided to hide all the useful numbers lately ).

It's probably just an admin error. Postgrads have to upload their qualifications through SIMs and I'm guessing you got asked to do it by mistake.

Btw, there's a link to their online "Ask Cardiff" service but I would definitely phone as they don't respond very quickly online.

I know it's now a little late, but I had that through all of my application process last year. Don't worry about it, if you applied through UCAS they've got it all already and you don't need to do anything more.
