# AS Level Maths Question watch

1. Find the distance between the points A(2, 3) and B(-4,4) given that ABCD is a square and both C and D have positive first coordinates find C and D
2. What have you done so far?

Remember that a square consists of the intersect of two pairs of parallel lines, where each pair is perpendicular to the other. Try finding the normal to A and B through the line AB.
3. so im kinda juggling this and hardcore chemistry revision so i cant help you with the second part.
For the first part though use the formula d=root([x1+x2]squared+[y1+y2]squared)
you need to remember that formula as its not given in the exam but theres very likely a copy in ur textbook
