    Abolish nationwide flu vaccination for those under 18.

    BE IT ENACTED by The Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Commons in this present Parliament assembled, in accordance with the provisions of the Parliament Acts 1911 and 1949, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

    1 Abolition of nationwide flu vaccine for those under 18
    The flu vaccination currently offered in schools to those under 18 is hereby abolished.

    2 Exemptions
    (1) Anyone under 18 with a preexisting medical condition, and at the advice of their GP can be vaccinated by their GP for free.
    (2) Anyone under 18 who wishes, or their parents wish them to be vaccinated, that is not mentioned in 2(1) can also be vaccinated at their expense by their GP, after consulting their advice

    3 Short title, commencement and extent
    (1) This Act may be cited as the Flu Vaccination Bill.
    (2) This Act comes into force on 1 April 2017.
    (3) This Act extends to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

    - This turns the flu vaccine for kids from an opt out system to that where you opt in
